I'm Rebecca, Your Trainer!
With 18+ years in business, across multiple industries and business models, my experience has been built in the real world where I've had to learn fast, adapt quickly and make things work. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint hearted especially as a sole parent to teenagers (they survived and are all good).
Throughout my career I've worked with solo-operators, small practices and business and community organisations helping people develop and grow both their new and existing businesses. I am a regular speaker and workshop facilitator and have run a number of events both big and small.
When it comes to small business, I care about solid foundations and structure. Most people aren't stuck due to lack of talent, they're stuck because no one has shown them how to build properly.
